1. Service Relationship

Creative IT Solutions is an authorized partner of Tata Tele Business Services. We facilitate service information, licensing, and onboarding support. All Tata products and services are provided, billed, and supported by Tata Tele.

2. Product Ownership and Delivery

All services, infrastructure, and communication platforms offered through our company are under the direct ownership and delivery responsibility of Tata Tele Business Services.

3. Support

We assist with initial consultation and licensing. All post-sale support, troubleshooting, upgrades, and service management are governed and delivered by Tata Tele as per their policies.

4. Lock-In Period

All products and services purchased through Creative IT Solutions and Tata Tele come with a mandatory locking period of 6 months. Early cancellation or discontinuation is subject to penalties or forfeiture, as per Tata’s policy.

5. Refund & Cancellation

Creative IT Solutions does not manage refunds or cancellations. All such matters are subject to Tata Tele Business Services’ own terms and conditions and must be addressed directly with them.

6. Limitation of Liability

Creative IT Solutions shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of Tata products, including downtime, loss of business, or technical failures.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services signifies your acceptance of the latest version.
